General Manager
Brent Williams has been involved in the New Zealand Poultry industry for over 30 years. After growing up on the family broiler farm in Christchurch and then working for NZ Agriculture & Fisheries as a Meat Inspector, Brent joined Bromley Park in 1991 and has worked in various roles at Bromley Park since then.
Brent has been a National representative on the Board of the NZ Egg Producers Federation since 2005 and has previously served on the committee of the NZ Poultry Science Association.
Outside of the Poultry Industry Brent sits on the Board of the New Zealand Racing Integrity Board.

Kirstie Lachman has been in planning roles at Carter Holt Harvey and Sales roles with Gallagher Group for 10 years prior to joining the Poultry Industry, where for 12 years she was involved in both Primary Planning, Further Processing Planning and Live Bird planning. She has spent 4 years selling Poultry and Dairy Feed, expanding her knowledge in nutrition and feed milling operations. Kirstie joined the Bromley Team in July 2023 to manage the planning and logistic operations.
Outside the office, you will find her either on her dairy farm milking cows, on a football field playing in defence, or on a sideline supporting her kids in their sports.

Panning & Logistics Manager
Darlan Godoy, a qualified Veterinarian, has over 11 years of experience in workplace training in the Brazilian agricultural sector. He joined Bromley Park Hatcheries Ltd. in 2018. He is the Approved Veterinarian responsible for the export certification of day-old chicks and hatching eggs. Darlan has a passion for process improvement and is looking forward to continuing to support the Poultry Industry in New Zealand.
